Has anyone out there experienced problems with real estate agents that are the listing agents for bank foreclosures? Such as slow or no returned phone calls?

Maybe you have also noticed that the best listings are pending the day they hit the MLS? Obviously someone is getting the inside tip before the public buyer even sees the listing!
Looks like poor integrity and poor representation by the listing agent for the seller. Remember the LA is supposed to be getting the seller the best deal possible.
